BROC - Community Action (Bennington & Rutland) - Provides financial literacy training with its Credit Builder Program and assists individuals attempting to buy a house, start a business or save for college with an Individual Development Account that provides matching funds as participants save money to pursue their goals.

Champlain Housing Trust - The Champlain Housing Trust’s Home Education program has both group education and individual counseling to serve renters, those who want to improve financial skills, homebuyers and home owners. We offer many monthly groups, often alternating between Burlington and St Albans.

Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) - CVOEO provides individuals and families with the basic needs of food, fuel and housing support in times of crisis, and help them acquire the necessary education, financial skills and assets to build a stable future in which they thrive. CVOEO offers financial classes in Burlington, St. Albans and Middlebury, and, on occasion, in other locations. 

Free Credit Report - Obtain a free credit report from the only official website authorized by Federal law to provide them. 

Fuel Assistance in Vermont - The Vermont Agency of Human Services operates a home heating subsidy program based upon financial need - which includes Crisis Fuel Assistance through your Community Action Agency.

Vemront Health Benefit Exchange - Customer Support Center at 1-855-899-9600 (toll-free) from 8am-8pm Monday - Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturday.

Office of the Vermont State Treasurer - The Office of the State Treasurer hosts a clearinghouse on its website where Vermont residents can access money management classes in their area.  The clearinghouse lists organizations throughout Vermont who are offering free or low-cost financial education instruction and materials.

Reach Up Vermont (TANF) - Reach Up helps families with children by providing cash assistance for basic needs and services that support work and self-sufficiency.
