The State of Vermont has an abundance of community resources provided by Federal, State and local governments, private institutions and non-profit organizations that provide a range of benefits and services that can be utilized to assist in re-entry transitions and rehabilitative efforts. Collectively, these client resources address various risk factors that can lower recidivism rates and encourage successful community reintegration.
