Please join us for a full-day conference conducted by staff with the United
States Sentencing Commission including Lori Baker, Senior Education and
Sentencing Practice Specialist, and Jessica Collins, Senior Attorney, both of
whom work within the Office of Education and Sentencing Practice at the U.S.
Sentencing Commission (professional summaries attached).
Possible discussion topics include recent guideline amendments, relevant
conduct/expanded relevant conduct, the categorical approach, calculating
criminal history, and references/cross references to other guideline sections.
This event is sponsored by the U.S. Courts and the U.S. Probation Office for
the District of Vermont. There will be no fee to attend the conference and
parking, and a buffet lunch is included. CLE credit is available to eligible
attendees.
